What we collect and why

The Full Assessment collects your organization name, industry, assessment answers, and AI discovery responses to prepare your diagnosis and report. Your access-code email is used to provide access and record sign-in attempts.

The Quick Check collects an optional organization name and ten assessment answers. To unlock a result, it asks for first name, last name, email, optional company and role or title, and consent to contact you about results and related governance guidance. Contact details are recorded when you request a code, even if you do not finish verification. Verified submissions also record your answers, industry, score, metrics, and quick wins.

Legal basis (GDPR and UK GDPR regions)

• Consent: Quick Check contact details and marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests: security, access-code and sign-in logs, and visitor logs used to protect the service.
• Performance of the service you request: the Full Assessment and its report.

Technical and email records

Access-code and sign-in records include email, IP address, browser user-agent, event details, timestamps, code expiry and usage or attempt information. Codes are stored as hashes. Visitor records store IP address, browser user-agent, latest visited path, country when available, visit count, and first and last visit times. Visitor logging is skipped when the IP address is unavailable.

Quick Check submissions also record source, referring page, embed origin, campaign parameters, IP address, browser user-agent, and timestamps. Email records include recipient addresses, delivery status, errors, unsubscribe tokens, and suppression records used to prevent unwanted messages. Access-code emails include the requesting IP address.

Who processes your data

• Lovable hosts the website and provides the database, email delivery and AI gateway. It receives everything described in this notice that is stored on our side: contact details, assessment answers sent to the server, technical logs, and the email addresses and content of messages we send. Requests to the site pass through its hosting network, which supplies the visitor's IP address and country.
• Google (Gemini models) receives, through the AI gateway, the assessment and discovery answers needed to generate follow-up questions and write the report narrative.
• OpenAI receives, through the AI gateway, a discovery question and your answer when the app checks whether an answer is on topic.
• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser's IP address and user-agent reach Google when pages load.

In this browser

Full Assessment progress and reports save automatically in this browser. Up to five saved assessments are retained for 48 hours after saving, with expired entries removed when the app loads or checks the saved list each minute. Download or retrieve saved reports before this window closes. The current working assessment has no automatic browser-storage expiry. Earlier-format assessments may be archived locally until dismissed.

Quick Check progress, contact details, and verification status also save in this browser, with no automatic browser-storage expiry. Start over in Quick Check or clear this site's browser data to remove that progress. Full Assessment sign-out clears current assessment progress and local query caches but preserves the saved assessment list.

Sessions

Full Assessment access sessions last 8 hours. Access codes expire in 10 minutes. Quick Check codes expire in 15 minutes, and a separate cookie remembers Quick Check email verification for 30 days. Expiry of access does not delete browser progress or database records.

How long we keep data

• Quick Check contacts and submissions, email send records and unsubscribe links: deleted 24 months after the last activity for that email address. The Full Assessment keeps no answers on our side; its server records are access codes and sign-in logs, covered below.
• Sign-in and access-code logs and visitor logs: deleted after 12 months. IP addresses and browser details are also removed from Quick Check records older than 12 months.
• Expired access codes: deleted 30 days after they expire.
• The unsubscribe and suppression list is kept so people who opted out are never contacted again.
• Reports saved in this browser: cleared after 48 hours.

A daily automatic cleanup applies this schedule and records how many items it removes.

Who can see the data

Logical Leap team access to administrative records is restricted to authorized administrators. Other visitors cannot browse these records. Browser-stored assessments are accessible on the browser and device where they are saved.

Logical Leap does not sell assessment data or share it with evaluated platform vendors. Logical Leap has no commercial relationship with any vendor and is not paid by any vendor. Logical Leap offers consulting services. Vendor scoring is computed separately and does not depend on whether you engage us. Vendor recommendations are computed from your answers by the same attribute-based rules for every platform; a platform you already own is treated as an incumbent, not a new recommendation.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and to receive a copy of it. You can object to or opt out of marketing emails at any time, using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you can also ask us to restrict processing and you can complain to your local data protection authority.

California residents have the right to know, delete and correct personal information. Logical Leap does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Deletion and questions

Delete individual saved assessments from the saved-assessment list. Clear this site's browser data to remove locally stored progress, saved assessments, and cookies. To request deletion of database records or ask a privacy question, email info@logicalleap.io.
